Make your way to the Brisbane International Airport for your flight to Vancouver, where on arrival you will be met at the airport and transferred to your centrally located hotel for check-in.

VANCOUVER
Today you will enjoy a half day sightseeing tour of Vancouver, and discover why it was named one of the most livable cities in the world. Situated between the Pacific Ocean and snow-capped mountains, this elegant city is sure to delight every visitor. Some sights on your tour may include Granville Island, Gastown and Stanley Park. The remainder of your day is at leisure.

You have the day at leisure in this dynamic and multicultural city surrounded by spectacular natural attractions. You may spend the day exploring the city at your own pace, or join an optional Victoria and Butchart Gardens Day Tour to visit this national historical site on Vancouver island featuring 55 acres of amazing floral display.

Day 4, Monday 9 July
VANCOUVER – KELOWNA
Depart Vancouver this morning and travel southeast along the Trans Canada and Coquihalla Highway. Pass through the wineries of the Okanagan Valley were you have the opportunity to sample a variety of hand-crafted Okanagan wines in this unique and authentic setting, surrounded by the actual vineyards where the fruit is produced on site. In the evening you will arrive at Kelowna for an overnight stay.

Day 5, Tuesday 10 July
KELOWNA – BANFF
This morning continue your journey north through the Okanagen Valley and the town of Vernon, home of Silver Star Ski Area. Upon entering the Rocky Mountains region, the scenery changes dramatically to raging rivers, waterfalls, towering mountains and glaciers. Travel to Banff National Park and make a brief stop at the famous Lake Louise which is also known as “The Jewel of the Rockies”, before arriving in the town of Banff.

A sightseeing tour of this beautiful township of Banff awaits you this morning. Enjoy many wonderful sights as you learn about the history of this popular destination famous for its natural setting and hot springs. This excursion will also take you along Tunnel Mountain Drive for great views of Banff and its surroundings that may include Cascade Mountain, the Hoodoos, Mount Rundle and Bow Falls. BANFF – CALGARY
Continue on to Calgary today and travel along the Rundle Range and view the Three Sisters, a trio of magnificent mountain peaks en-route. Located at the foothills of the Canadian Rockies, Calgary this year celebrates the 100th anniversary of the ‘Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth’ – the annual Calgary Stampede where ordinary people become cowboys and cowboys become heroes.

Immerse yourself in Stampede fever today as everyone in Calgary forgets their daily routines during Stampede time and dress up in Western attire for the big celebration. CALGARY
Return to Stampede Park today for the final day of the exciting rodeo action. Take the day to enjoy the excitement of the Stampede with various entertainment options including stage shows, a midway, concerts, exhibitions, and agricultural competitions. This evening, attend the grand finale of the Stampede crowned by a fireworks spectacular that bids the event farewell until next year.

CALGARY – LAS VEGAS
Transfer to the airport this morning for your flight to Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world.
At the centre of it all is the famous Las Vegas Strip; an approximately 6.8 km stretch of Las Vegas Boulevard, home to some of the largest hotel, casino and resort properties in the world. These famous casino resorts are ‘cities of their own’ and provide anything from gambling, shopping and fine dining to world class shows and entertainers.

One of the tour highlights awaits you today - the spectacular Glacier Bay. This national park showcases snow and ice covered mountain peaks year round. The narrow fjords, coastal harbours, diverse wildlife and numerous glaciers are all on display for you as the ship cruises through this spectacular 65-mile long bay.

CRUISE (KETCHIKAN)
Your cruise ship will dock in Ketchikan this morning, Alaska’s first city. The town sits atop steep hills and is supported on wooden pilings, with numerous boardwalks, staircases and totem poles. Dozens of canneries have made it the “salmon capital of the world.” Enjoy the many attractions including Creek Street and Saxman Village before re-boarding the cruise.
