We combine the joys of winter with some warmer highlights in America as we travel to the desert playground of Las Vegas and then onto the pleasures of Anaheim and an unforgettable New Year’s Eve experience at Disneyland.

Day 1, Saturday 22 December AUSTRALIA – VANCOUVER Make your way to your respective International Airport for your flight to Vancouver where upon arrival you will be met and transferred to the stylish and newly renovated Renaissance Hotel, conveniently located downtown on the city’s waterfront. This evening is at your leisure to relax and enjoy the comfortable surroundings. Accommodation: Vancouver Day 2, Sunday 23 December VANCOUVER Depart this morning for your city tour of Vancouver to discover why it is regarded as one of the most liveable cities in the world. The tour encompasses many of the city’s attractions such as the majestic Stanley Park, the West Coast Totem Poles and colourful Chinatown. Conclude the tour onboard the Grouse Mountain Skyride as it journeys up to Peak of Vancouver before returning to your hotel. Accommodation: Vancouver Day 3, Monday 24 December VANCOUVER – CALGARY – LAKE LOUISE After breakfast and check out you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Calgary, where, upon arrival you will travel by coach to the majestic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, arriving mid afternoon. Relax in the opulent surroundings, enjoy the Christmas Carols, maybe attend a non denominational church service or take the optional Lake Louise by Moonlight tour for a special Christmas Eve experience. The choice is yours. Accommodation: Lake Louise Day 4, Tuesday 25 December LAKE LOUISE Awaken in this majestic winter paradise ready for an unforgettable Christmas Day. After a relaxing morning you will join a scenic horse drawn sleigh ride through the snow for you to explore the surrounds of Lake Louise. In the evening join your fellow travellers and enjoy a traditional Christmas Dinner in one of the hotel’s fine dining rooms. This evening will be an experience not to be forgotten. Accommodation: Lake Louise Day 5, Wednesday 26 December LAKE LOUISE - BANFF After breakfast depart leisurely by coach for your sightseeing tour to and around the town of Banff, enjoy the many wonderful sights of this popular and beautiful township famous for it’s natural setting and hot springs. Conclude your tour with a ride on the Banff Gondola for a panoramic 360 degree view of the six surrounding mountain ranges before transferring to your hotel. Accommodation: Banff Day 7, Friday 28 December BANFF – CALGARY – LAS VEGAS The morning is at leisure. Mid afternoon you will transfer to Calgary International Airport by coach and fly onward to Las Vegas, renowned as the entertainment capital of the world. Upon arrival you will be transferred to the Paris Hotel located at the centre of the famous Las Vegas strip. This evening is free time for you to begin taking advantage of the many pleasures of the city that never sleeps. Accommodation: Las Vegas		Day 8, Saturday 29 December LAS VEGAS Take off on a morning orientation tour of the city and journey down the strip and travel through some of Las Vegas’s residential neighbourhoods which were and remain the home of many famours celebrities plus visit the Fremont Experience downtown before returning to your hotel. Las Vegas has always been inextricably associated with legendary shows and entertainers, the afternoon is at leisure and for you to make arrangements to take in any of the shows you may choose to see. Accommodation: Las Vegas Day 9, Sunday 30 December LAS VEGAS Today you can continue to explore the city at your leisure or join an optional Grand Canyon tour and experience this natural wonder up close. The city is also surrounded by some of America’s best golf courses for those who feel like a little sunshine. Once known for its all-you-can-eat buffets and bargain shrimp cocktails, Las Vegas has recently transformed itself into a top culinary destination, savour the tastes the city has to offer. Accommodation: Las Vegas Day 10, Monday 31 December LAS VEGAS – ANAHEIM Transfer by luxury coach through the Mojave Desert on your way to Anaheim, California, home to the most “magical place on Earth”, Disneyland. Check into your hotel and prepare for the evening celebrations. After all, it is New Year’s Eve and tonight you will enjoy once in a lifetime celebrations complete with entertainment and an impressive fire works show at the Disneyland park. Accommodation: Anaheim Day 11, Tuesday 01 January ANAHEIM Today is at your leisure. Stay in Anaheim and make your way back to Disneyland or shop for bargins at the renowned nearby outlet stores. You may take a tour to Los Angeles and visit Universal Studios or a tour to San Diego and Tijuana. With so many options available there is something to appeal to everyone. Accommodation: Anaheim Day 12, Wednesday 2 January ANAHEIM – LOS ANGELES - AUCKLAND The morning is at your leisure. Later today transfer to Los Angeles International Airport for your onward evening flight home. Alternatively, you may choose to extend your stay in Los Angeles and travel further through America or join our optional cruise package aboard Holland America Line’s Ms Oosterdam. Day 1, Wednesday 2 January ANAHEIM – SAN DIEGO This morning is at your leisure, after saying farewell to the balance of the group transfer down to San Diego to board your Holland America cruise to Mexico. Once on board explore the generous amenities that the ship offers to those aboard and which will be your oasis for the next six days. Accommodation: On Board Day 2, Thursday 3 January CRUISE Cruise the picturesque waters off the coast of Baja California whilst enjoying all the onboard activities on the luxury cruiser. Indulge yourself at the rejuvenating Greenhouse Spa and Salon or attend a live production in the state of the art Vista Lounge. Your ship caters to all of your dining and entertainment needs in luxurious style. Accommodation: On Board Day 3, Friday 4 January CRUISE Today the ship continues cruising further south while you relax and enjoy the journey. Visit Viejo Vallarta, the quaint Old Town, an enticing mix of red-tiled buildings, cobbled streets, chic shops and bustling open markets. Nearby are the rugged canyons and luxuriant jungles of the Sierra Madre. Accommodation: On Board Day 5, Sunday 6 January CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO Today the ship will port at the seaside resort town of Cabo San Lucas. Situated at the tip of the Baja Peninsula where the blue Pacific mingles with the Sea of Cortez in a whirl of watercolours. Even more spectacular are the waters teeming with marlin, swordfish, sailfish and tuna. Feast your eyes on exquisite black coral or take in some whale watching. Take a shore excursion to discover why this has become one of the most visited destinations in all of Mexico. Once again you have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the facilities on board the ship. The remainder of the day is at your leisure to discover that sunshine and fun are business as usual in San Diego.
